Samples were tested according to ISO14125 for flexural modulus and strength and ISO14130 for apparent interlaminar shear strength.
Fractured Samples were coated with platinum in the Safematic CCU-010 HV Compact Coating Unit (serial number 100331).
Samples were imaged in the Zeiss EVO 15 scanning electron microscope (serial number 8003014386).

Glass fibre:200 gsm 2x2 twill glass fibre fabric (13 layers for 2 mm)
Epoxy resin:Easy Composites IN2 infusion resin with 30 phr AT30 slow hardener
Polyester resin:Easy Composites IP2 infusion resin with 1% Butanox M-50 standard MEKP catalyst
